No moving the animals. The animals are placed where you requested unless the delivery service thinks it would be better in a different location, usually due to the safety of others or for the safety of the prop.
If an animal is moved and the delivery service cannot move it themselves and requires another delivery service to come in and assist there will be a additional fee charged. Please don’t block the animal in so that pick up can’t be done. Leave the area clear for the delivery service to remove the animal. Please don’t leave balloons, banners or anything else on the sign or the animal when it is to be picked up.
Please DO NOT tie, tape, staple or attach to signs or animals.
You will be responsible for any damages and charges will apply.
Any cancellations require 7 days notice. We will always work with you to accommodate changes first.
